Design And Features: The Lone Star Bolo Tie reimagines classic Western symbolism through an exaggerated, almost cartoon lens. Inspired by the form of a sheriff’s badge, the design pushes proportions and sharpens details, turning a familiar icon into a statement piece that feels graphic, playful, and unapologetically bold.
The front of the bolo tie features a dynamic mix of polished and sandblasted finishes, repeated throughout the star’s details to create depth and contrast. On the reverse, the piece continues this dialogue of texture, with a polished and sandblasted surface embossed with our logo and the 925 sterling silver hallmark.
An integrated silicone slider mechanism is built directly into the bolo tie, gripping the braided leather cord with subtle internal friction. This allows the piece to glide smoothly along the braided leather cord and lock securely at any position—making it easy to adjust the length or placement without tools, while remaining stable and secure during wear.
The braided leather cord ends are finished with sculptural tips inspired by vintage bullets, exaggerated into clean primary shapes that echo the bold, graphic language of the bolo itself.
The construction is completed by two piece of braided leather cord joined through a custom connector. This connecting piece is embossed with our logo and wrapped on both sides with 925 sterling silver hallmarks—an intentional detail that reinforces craftsmanship and authenticity from every angle.
